Auf dem Campingplatz - Planung für die nächste Zeit und mein Buch

Montag, 16. Mai

Auch heute wache ich vor dem Wecker klingeln gegen 6:30 Uhr auf. Als erstes aktualisiere ich mein Tagebuch. Und lade den Bericht von gestern hoch. Um 7 gehe ich mich waschen und koche Kaffee. Das Frühstück fällt heute aus, weil ich keine Milch mehr habe. Ich nutze die Zeit um das Zelt aufzuräumen und mein Tagebuch zu aktualisieren.

Ab 8 arbeite ich. Zunächst säubere ich ein Stück vom Weg. Um 9:40 Uhr bittet Yiğit mich, den Garten vom 2. Ferienhaus zu säubern. Das mache ich bis 12. Dann wasche ich mich. Um 13 Uhr fahr ich mit Fahrrad nach Konyaalti. Zunächst in das Restaurant wo ich schon öfter war. Heute bestelle ich Kebap mit Aubergine. Es ist aber nicht so toll.

Um 15 Uhr fahre ich zurück. Unterwegs kaufe ich bei 2 Supermärkten ein. Ich kaufe gleich etwas mehr, damit ich die nächsten Tage nicht los brauche. Zitronen kaufe ich bei einem Obststand.

Um etwa 15:45 Uhr bin ich zurück auf dem Campingplatz. Ich verstaue meinen Einkauf.

Ab 16:30 Uhr sitze ich  mit dem Tablet im Aufenthaltsraum. Ich aktualisiere zunächst mein Tagebuch. Und bin kurz bei Facebook.

Dann mache ich mir Gedanken über meine weitere Reiseplanung. Ich suche Busverbindungen von Antalya nach Sarp. Auf dieser Strecke fahren Reisebusse. Die Fahrt dauert etwa 20 Stunden und kostet 520 Lira (aktuell etwa 32€)

Das wäre für mich in Ordnung. Ich behalte es als Option im Hinterkopf, wenn ich keine Mitfahrgelegenheit finde.

Teil 1 - Meine weitere Reiseplanung:

Ich bleibe noch bis etwa zum 30. Mai hier auf dem Campingplatz in Antalya.

Etwa für diesen Tag suche ich bereits über eine türkische fb Autostop Gruppe eine Mitfahrgelegenheit nach Sarp am Schwarzen Meer. Direkt zur Grenze nach Georgien. Das sind etwa 1400 km. Wenn sich bis etwa Mitte nächster Woche nichts ergibt, fahre ich am 30.5. mit Reisebus von Antalya nach Sarp. Auf dieser Strecke gibt es Busverbindungen. Die Fahrt dauert etwa 20 Stunden und kostet 520 Lira (aktuell etwa 32€)

Ich fahre erst unmittelbar zum Monatsende, weil ich jetzt nicht genug Geld habe, um die Geldstrafe zu bezahlen. Ich rechne mit etwa 120 €. Das Geld sollte ich in bar dabei haben.

Dann werde ich ab Anfang Juni meine Reise in Georgien fortsetzen.

Ich werde zügig weiter fahren. Entweder über Armenien oder Aserbaidschan in den Iran.

Aber wie immer...Diese Planung ist nur die grobe Richtung.

Alles wird sich irgendwie spontan ergeben“

„Update Teil 2

Meine Autobiographie - mein 1. Buch:

Die Zeit auf dem Campingplatz nutze ich, um mein Buch (möglichst) fertig zu schreiben.

Ich bin schon sehr weit fortgeschritten. Bis Freitag möchte ich den Text fertig haben.

Dann kann ich am Wochenende die endgültige Bilderauswahl machen. Und den Text als Buch formatieren. Das geht ja mit Word recht einfach. Dann lese ich Korrektur. Wenn alles klappt, schicke ich diese Word Datei nächste Woche an ausgewählte Freunde zum Korrektur lesen.

Dafür brauche ich eure Unterstützung.

Wer kann das, hat Zeit und Lust etwa 380 Seiten zu lesen und auf Rechtschreibung und Grammatik zu überprüfen?

Mir ist bewusst, dass das eine sehr wichtige und anspruchsvolle Aufgabe ist.

Ich werde mich in Form einer persönlichen "Überraschung" dafür bedanken.

Mein Plan ist, dass ich das Buch in der ersten Junihälfte zum kostenpflichtigen Download auf diversen Portalen veröffentlichen kann. Und natürlich wird es auch als gedrucktes Buch bestellbar sein. (Im Print on demand Verfahren)

Zunächst nur in der deutschen Originalausgabe.

Allerdings möchte ich das Bauch auch in einer englischen Fassung veröffentlichen.

Ich weiß aber, dass eine professionelle Übersetzung sehr teuer ist. 7 Cent pro Wort. Was bei bislang knapp 110.000 Wörtern etwa 7700€ macht.

Aber dafür gibt es ja Programme. Was haltet ihr davon?

Für die Übersetzung meiner Tagesberichte verwende ich den online Übersetzungsdienst  "Deepl Übersetzer"

In der gratis Version kann man damit bis zu 5000 Wörter übersetzen. Für meine Homepage reicht das. Für das Buch nicht. In der professionellen Abo Version kostet Deepl 5,99€ pro Monat. Damit kann man unbegrenzte Texte übersetzen. Ich wäre bereit, das Abo abzuschließen. Wenn ich weiß, dass ich damit das Buch (und auch weitere Bücher) übersetzen kann.

Wie findet ihr die Übersetzungen auf meiner Homepage?  Ist das gut genug für ein Buch?

Und selbstverständlich sollte dieses übersetzte Buch auch noch Probe gelesen werden.

Mir ist natürlich bewusst, dass diese Aufgabe noch anspruchsvoller und sehr zeitintensiv ist.

Dafür bräuchte ich jemanden mit sehr guten deutsch - englisch Kenntnissen.

Wer traut sich das zu? Ich bin durchaus bereit, diese enorme Hilfe mit einem finanziellen Betrag zu vergüten.

Wenn alles so klappt, könnte ich es schaffen, demnächst mein erstes Buch gleich in 2 Sprachen veröffentlichen.“

Ab 18:45 Uhr arbeite ich an meinem Buch. Ich ergänze Texte für das Jahr 2010.

Zwischendurch telefoniere ich lange mit meiner besten Freundin Vanessa. 

Abends bietet mir eine Facebook Bekannte an, mein Buch zu korrigieren.

Um 22 Uhr beende ich die Arbeiten für heute. Ich aktualisiere nochmals mein Tagebuch.

Dann bereite ich wieder den Blogeintrag für morgen vor.

Gegen 22:30 Uhr gehe ich Zähne putzen und dann ins Zelt.

Ich trinke noch meine Zitrone.

Und schlafe ab 23 Uhr.

 

Ich hatte heute folgende Ausgaben:

Essen: 90 Lira

Zitronen: 12 Lira

Lebensmittel (unter anderem 10 l Wasser und Müsli auf Vorrat) & Kosmetik (Zahnpasta, Rasierer, Duschgel, Creme): 323,35 Lira

Lebensmittel: 204,85 Lira

Gesamt: 630,20 Lira (entspricht heute 38,80€)

Monday, 16 May

Today, too, I wake up before the alarm clock rings at around 6:30. The first thing I do is update my diary. And upload the report from yesterday. At 7 I go to wash up and make coffee. Breakfast is cancelled today because I'm out of milk. I use the time to clean up the tent and update my diary.

From 8 I work. First I clean a piece of the path. At 9:40 Yiğit asks me to clean the garden of the second cottage. I do that until 12, then I wash myself. At 1pm I cycle to Konyaalti. First to the restaurant where I have been several times. Today I order kebap with aubergine. But it is not so great.

At 15h I cycle back. On the way I shop at 2 supermarkets. I buy some more right away, so that I don't need to go the next few days. I buy lemons at a fruit stall.

At about 15:45 I am back at the campsite. I stow away my shopping.

From 16:30 I sit in the lounge with my tablet. First I update my diary. And I am briefly on Facebook.

Then I think about my further travel plans. I look for bus connections from Antalya to Sarp. There are coaches on this route. The journey takes about 20 hours and costs 520 Lira (currently about 32€).

That would be fine for me. I'll keep it in mind as an option if I can't find a ride.

Around that day, I'm already looking for a ride to Sarp on the Black Sea via a Turkish fb Autostop group. Straight to the border with Georgia. That's about 1400 km. I'm not going until the end of the month because I don't have enough money now to pay the fine. I expect to pay about 120 €. I should have the money with me in cash.

Then I will continue my journey in Georgia from the beginning of June.

I will continue my journey quickly. Either via Armenia or Azerbaijan to Iran.

But as always...This planning is only the rough direction.

Everything will happen spontaneously."

My autobiography - my first book:

I am using the time on the campsite to finish writing my book (as much as possible).

I am already very far advanced. I want to have the text ready by Friday.

Then I can do the final picture selection at the weekend. And format the text as a book. That's quite easy with Word. Then I'll proofread it. If everything works out, I will send this Word file to selected friends next week for proofreading.

I need your support for this.

Who can do this, has the time and inclination to read about 380 pages and check them for spelling and grammar?

I am aware that this is a very important and demanding task.

I will thank you for it in the form of a personal "surprise".

My plan is to publish the book for paid download on various portals in the first half of June. And of course it will also be available to order as a printed book. (In print on demand)

Initially only in the original German edition.

However, I would also like to publish the belly in an English version.

But I know that a professional translation is very expensive. 7 cents per word. Which makes about 7700€ for almost 110,000 words so far.

But there are programmes for that. What do you think?

For the translation of my daily reports I use the online translation service "Deepl Translator".

The free version can translate up to 5000 words. That's enough for my homepage. Not for the book. In the professional subscription version Deepl costs 5,99€ per month. You can translate unlimited texts with it. I would be willing to take out the subscription. If I know that I can translate the book (and other books) with it.

What do you think of the translations on my homepage?  Is it good enough for a book?

And of course, this translated book should be read on a test basis.

Of course, I am aware that this task is even more demanding and very time-consuming.

I would need someone with a very good knowledge of German and English.

Who would dare to do this? I am quite prepared to compensate this enormous help with a financial amount.

If everything works out like this, I could manage to publish my first book in 2 languages soon."

From 6:45 pm I work on my book. I add texts for the year 2010.

In between, I talk on the phone for a long time with my best friend Vanessa.

In the evening, a Facebook friend offers to proofread my book.

At 10 pm I finish the work for today. I update my diary again.

Then I prepare the blog entry for tomorrow.

Around 10:30 pm I brush my teeth and then go to the tent.

I still drink my lemon.

And sleep from 11 pm.

I had the following expenses today:

Food: 90 Lira

Lemons: 12 Lira

Groceries (including 10 litres of water and muesli in stock) & cosmetics (toothpaste, razor, shower gel, cream): 323.35 Lira

Groceries: 204,85 Lira

Total: 630.20 Lira (equivalent to 38.80€ today)
