Montag, 16. August
Um 7 klingelt der Wecker. Erstmal dusche ich. Dann frühstücke ich Müsli.
Ab etwa 9:30 Uhr arbeite ich. Zuerst reinige ich den Reserve- Wassertank. Dazu lasse ich das Wasser komplett ab. Dann löse ich die Anschlüsse und lege ich ihn auf die Seite. Ich spüle ihn mit Wasser aus. Anschließend stellen wir ihn wieder auf. Ich befestige die Anschlüsse und befülle ihn wieder. Später reinige ich den Regenwasserkanal. Außerdem fege ich den Weg neben dem Haus. Um etwa 13:30 Uhr bin ich damit fertig.
Sara hat eine Kleinigkeit zum Mittag gemacht. Wir essen heute im Wohnzimmer von Sara und John.
Es ist wieder ein sehr heißer Sommertag.
Nachmittags setze ich mit dem Tablet in die Hollywoodschaukel in den Schatten. Ich schreibe den Bericht von gestern.
Heute reisen viele Gäste an. Unter anderem 4 Engländer. Die für die englische Armee eine Flagge nach Zypern bringen. Immer im Wechsel fahren 2 mit dem Fahrrad und der Flagge 150 km am Tag. Und 2 begleiten sie mit dem Gepäck im Van.
Außerdem sind noch mehrere andere Gruppen auf dem Platz. Die beiden deutschen Leon und Kolja sind auch noch da. Abends esse ich mit Sara, John und einem Paar aus Dänemark auf dem Balkon.
Anschließend wasche ich das Geschirr ab.
Dann sitze ich noch bis gegen Mitternacht mit den Engländern, Leon und Kolja zusammen.
Working and living on the campsite
Monday, 16 August
The alarm clock rings at 7. First I take a shower. Then I have some muesli for breakfast.
From about 9:30 I work. First I clean the reserve water tank. I drain the water completely. Then I disconnect the connections and lay it on its side. I rinse it out with water. Then I put it back in place. I fix the connections and fill it again. Later, I clean the storm drain. I also sweep the path next to the house. At about 1:30 pm I am done with that.
Sara has made a snack for lunch. We eat in Sara and John's living room today.
It is another very hot summer day.
In the afternoon I sit in the shade in the Hollywood swing with my tablet. I write the report from yesterday.
Many guests arrive today. Among them 4 Englishmen. They bring a flag to Cyprus for the English army. Two of them take it in turns to cycle 150 km a day with the flag. And 2 accompany them with the luggage in the van.
There are also several other groups on the site. The two Germans Leon and Kolja are also there. In the evening I eat with Sara, John and a couple from Denmark on the balcony.
Afterwards I wash the dishes.
Then I sit with the English, Leon and Kolja until around midnight.
