Freitag, 14. Mai
Heute schlafe ich aus. Um etwa 8:30 Uhr wache ich auf. Ich gehe ins Haus. Wasche mich. Dann frühstücke ich. In der Küche hat Laïs ein kleines Frühstücks Buffet angerichtet. Ich setze mich zum Essen nach draußen in die Sonne. Nach dem Frühstück packe ich meine Wäsche zusammen.
Dann setze ich mich in den Garten und arbeite an meinem Blog. Ich sichere die Fotos der letzten Tage auf der externen Festplatte. Zwischendurch chatte und telefoniere ich mit Freunden. Am frühen Nachmittag fährt Laïs übers Wochenende weg. Wir verabschieden uns. Ich weiß nicht, ob ich Montag noch hier bin.
Heute kommt ein junger Mann aus Frankreich an. Leo zeltet auch im Garten. Und 2 junge Frauen aus Deutschland sind auch seit heute hier im Hostel.
Ich bin grad mit der Datensicherung fertig. Dann kommt es innerhalb weniger Minuten anders als gedacht.
Die deutsche Volunteerin fragt mich, ob ich mit zum Bogovë Wasserfall fahren möchte. Jemand vom anderen Hostel fährt dorthin. Und es ist noch Platz im Auto. Also ziehe ich mich schnell um und geh rüber ins andere Hostel. Wir fahren zu 3. zum etwa 30 km entfernten Ort Bogovë. Die Fahrt dauert auf der kurvenreichen Strecke etwa 1 Stunde. Um etwa 16 Uhr kommen wir dort an. Wir lassen das Auto stehen. Und wandern etwa 4 km durch den Bogovë Nature Park. Es ist eine wunderschöne Landschaft. Der Wasserfall ist ein einmaliges Erlebnis. Gegen 17 Uhr machen wir uns auf den Rückweg zum Auto. Wir machen noch einen kurzen Stopp am Fluss Osum und fahren zurück.Etwa um 19:30 Uhr kommen wir in Berat an. Ich gehe dann noch kurz in die Bar.
Ab etwa 21 Uhr bin ich im Hostel. Und dann recht früh in meinem Zelt.

Friday, 14 May
Today I sleep in. At about 8:30 I wake up. I go into the house. Wash myself. Then I have breakfast. Laïs has prepared a small breakfast buffet in the kitchen. I sit down to eat outside in the sun. After breakfast I pack up my laundry.
Then I sit down in the garden and work on my blog. I back up the photos of the last few days on the external hard drive. In between, I chat and talk on the phone with friends. In the early afternoon, Laïs leaves for the weekend. We say goodbye. I don't know if I'll still be here on Monday.
A young man from France arrives today. Leo is also camping in the garden. And two young women from Germany have also been staying here in the hostel since today.
I have just finished backing up my data. Then, within a few minutes, things turn out differently than expected.
The German volunteer asks me if I want to go to the Bogovë waterfall. Someone from the other hostel is going there. And there is still room in the car. So I quickly change and go over to the other hostel. The three of us drive to Bogovë, about 30 km away. The drive takes about 1 hour on the winding road. We arrive there at about 4 pm. We leave the car there. And walk about 4 km through the Bogovë Nature Park. It is a beautiful landscape. The waterfall is a unique experience. Around 5 pm we make our way back to the car. We make a short stop at the Osum River and drive back. We arrive in Berat at about 19:30. I then go to the bar for a short while.
From about 9 pm I am in the hostel. And then quite early in my tent.
