Um 6 klingelt der Wecker. Als erstes wasche ich meine Wäsche und hänge sie auf.
Dann wasche ich mich kurz.
Um 7 gibt es Frühstück.
Dann gehen Ishwar, Elias und ich zu 3. zu Fuß zur Farm.
Dort hat sich einiges verändert. Das Toilettenhäuschen ist von außen fertig. Es hat ein Dach und Türen.
Und es wurden einige verputze Steinmauern errichtet. Im Innen Bereich soll eine geschlossene Fläche entstehen. Wo die Büffel zukünftig untergebracht werden.
Und Buri, das Büffelkälbchen ist jetzt etwa 1 Monat alt. Und schon richtig groß geworden. Es frisst mittlerweile auch schon Gras. Trotzdem trinkt es noch etwa 2 Liter Milch bei seiner Mutter.
Ich hab meine Kamera nicht mit. Und kann keine Fotos machen. Das Handy macht zu schlechte Bilder.
Ab 8 arbeiten wir.
Unsere erste Aufgabe ist es, die Fläche neben dem Toilettenhäuschen zu begradigen. Elias hatte damit gestern angefangen. Heute machen wir nur noch den Rest.
Heute ist es wieder sehr heiß.
Anschließend können wir im Schatten unter dem Dach arbeiten. Hier ist noch ein Rest vom Büffelmist-Kompost. Wir entfernen die groben Stücke. Morgen werden wir ein Gemüsebeet anlegen. Dafür verwenden wir den Kompost.
Um 11 haben wir Feierabend.
Wir sammeln noch Zitronen. Und füllen Trinkwasser auf. Elias duscht mich mit dem Wasserschlauch ab.
Dann gehen wir zu Fuß zurück zum Farmhaus.
Ich „dusche“ und weiche die restliche Wäsche ein. Außerdem rolle ich die trockene Wäsche zusammen. Es ist schön, wieder saubere und gut riechende Sachen zum Anziehen zu haben.
Um 13:15 Uhr gibt es Mittagessen. Es ist super gut! Und super lecker!
Es gibt Reis, Roti und okraähnliches Gemüse. Sowie Gurken. Dazu extrem scharfes selbst gemachtes (gebratenes) Gewürz.
Aus Chilis und diversen Gewürzen.
Nach dem tollen Essen trinke ich meine Zitrone. Dann mache ich Mittagsschlaf.
Ab 16:20 Uhr bin ich am Tablet. Schreibe den Tagebucheintrag von heute.
Dann fange ich an, die Berichte hochzuladen.
Um 18:15 Uhr unterbreche ich die Arbeiten. Und wasche meine Wäsche. Es ist sehr viel. Ich hänge die Wäsche oben auf.
Dann gibt es Dinner. Zum Reis gibt es Okra-Curry-Dal. Der ist super lecker! Dieser Curry Geschmack ist einzigartig! In keinster Weise vergleichbar mit Curry in Deutschland.
Ich kann mich nur wiederholen. Indisches Homemade food aus frischen, natürlichen Zutaten ist unvergleichlich gut!
Ab 21:40 Uhr bin ich wieder am Tablet. Ich schreibe noch eine Weile Tagebuch.
Gegen 22:40 Uhr breche ich es ab. Chatte dann noch mit Vanessa.
Meinen Knoblauch lasse ich heute aus Rücksicht auf Elias wieder ausfallen. Außerdem war im Essen ja auch Knoblauch.
Ab etwa 23:30 Uhr schlafe ich.
Das Display von meinem Handy geht immer mehr kaputt. Da es allgemein zu alt und zu schlecht ist, lohnt sich die Reparatur nicht. Ich werde bald ein neues Handy brauchen.
Der Tag war geldfrei.
Back at the buffalo farm
Tuesday, 05 September
The alarm clock rings at 6. First I wash my laundry and hang it up.
Then I have a quick wash.
At 7 we have breakfast.
Then Ishwar, Elias and the three of us walk to the farm.
Things have changed there. The outside of the toilet house is finished. It has a roof and doors.
And some plastered stone walls have been built. Inside there will be an enclosed area. Where the buffaloes will be housed in the future.
And Buri, the buffalo calf is now about 1 month old. And it has already grown really big. It is already eating grass. Nevertheless, it still drinks about 2 litres of milk from its mother.
I didn't bring my camera. And I can't take any photos. The mobile phone takes too bad pictures.
From 8 on we work.
Our first task is to straighten the area next to the toilet house. Elias had started with that yesterday. Today we just do the rest.
Today it is very hot again.
Afterwards we can work in the shade under the roof. Here is some leftover buffalo dung compost. We remove the coarse pieces. Tomorrow we will plant a vegetable patch. We will use the compost for that.
We finish at 11.
We still collect lemons. And fill up with drinking water. Elias showers me off with the water hose.
Then we walk back to the farmhouse.
I "shower" and soak the remaining laundry. I also roll up the dry laundry. It is nice to have clean and nice smelling clothes to wear again.
At 13:15 we have lunch. It is super good! And super tasty!
There is rice, roti and okra-like vegetables. And cucumbers. Accompanied by extremely hot homemade (fried) spices.

After the great meal, I drink my lemon. Then I take a nap.
From 16 :20 I am at the tablet. Write today's diary entry.
Then I start uploading the reports.
At 6:15 pm I interrupt the work. And do my laundry. It's a lot. I hang the laundry upstairs.
Then we have dinner. We have okra curry dal with the rice. It's super delicious! This curry taste is unique! In no way comparable to curry in Germany.
I can only repeat myself. Indian homemade food made from fresh, natural ingredients is incomparably good!
From 21:40 I am back at the tablet. I write in my diary for a while.
Around 22:40 I stop. Then I chat with Vanessa.
I skip my garlic again today out of consideration for Elias. Besides, there was garlic in the food.
From about 23:30 I sleep.
The display of my mobile phone is breaking down more and more. Since it's generally too old and too bad, it's not worth repairing. I will need a new mobile phone soon.
The day was free of money.
