Um 7 klingelt der Wecker. Wie immer dusche und frühstücke ich erstmal.
Etwa ab 8:30 Uhr arbeite ich. Als erstes bekomme ich die Aufgabe, die Fritteuse zu reinigen. Das mache ich sehr gründlich.
John macht seine Motorsäge startklar. Und fängt an, Brennholz zu sägen. Als ich mit der Fritteuse fertig bin, biete ich ihm meine Hilfe beim Brennholz an. Ich hab ja jahrelang fast täglich zuhause und auch bei meiner letzten Arbeit Brennholz gemacht. Das ist die richtige Arbeit für mich. Also hacke ich das gesägte Holz. Anschließend staple ich es.
Als ich damit fertig bin, gibt es Lunch für uns.
Nachmittags ist es wieder ruhig auf dem Campingplatz. Ich arbeite an meinem Blog. Schreibe die letzten Berichte. Ich will mich bei der online Plattform Workaway anmelden. Um darüber zukünftig Gastfamilien zu finden, wo ich arbeiten kann. Es kostet allerdings 39€ Jahresbeitrag. Das kann ich mir zur Zeit nicht leisten. Nächsten Monat ist die Jahresgebühr für meine Homepage fällig. Also verschiebe ich die Anmeldung erstmal.
Abends essen wir zusammen.
Später lade ich die Berichte hoch.
Ich hab heute Probleme mit meiner externen Festplatte. Das USB Kabel hat einen Wackelkontakt. Demnächst benötige ich ein neues Kabel.
Ab etwa 22:30 Uhr liege ich im Zelt und schlafe.

The alarm clock rings at 7. As usual, I take a shower and have breakfast first.
From about 8:30 I work. First I get the task of cleaning the deep fryer. I do this very thoroughly.
John gets his chainsaw ready. And starts cutting firewood. When I'm done with the fryer, I offer to help him with the firewood. After all, I've been cutting firewood almost every day at home for years, and also at my last job. This is the right job for me. So I chop the sawn wood. Then I stack it.
When I have finished, we have lunch.
In the afternoon it is quiet again at the campsite. I work on my blog. I write the last reports. I want to register with the online platform Workaway. To find host families where I can work in the future. But it costs 39€ a year. I can't afford that at the moment. Next month, the annual fee for my homepage is due. So I postpone the registration for now.
In the evening we have dinner together.
Later I upload the reports.
I have problems with my external hard drive today. The USB cable has a loose contact. Soon I will need a new cable.
From about 22:30 I lie in the tent and sleep.
