<Das war der Donnerstag in Rom
Freitag, 07. Juni
Heute wache ich gegen 8 auf.
Erstmal gehe ich duschen.
Dann gehe ich zu meinen Zeltnachbarn.
Magdalena und Felix reisen heute weiter.
Sie sind bereits am Sachen einpacken.
Dabei unterhalte ich mich mit Magdalena über ihren Käfer.
Das Auto ist Baujahr 1983. Und einer der letzten in Mexico hergestellten Käfer. Dieser Oldtimer ist in Top Zustand! Ein Schmuckstück.
Kurz nach 10 machen wir noch Fotos mit dem Auto. Dann verabschieden wir uns.
Ich bin direkt traurig. Wir hatten uns gerade kennen gelernt. Und nun ist schon wieder Zeit des Abschieds…
Später sitze ich vor meinem Zelt.
Will eigentlich heute schreiben und an meinem Blog arbeiten.
Aber dazu komme ich nicht.
Neben mir ist gestern eine Familie angereist.
Ich komme mit der jungen Frau ins Gespräch.
Elisabeth und ihre 3 Kinder kommen aus Holland.
Wir unterhalten uns kurz.
Dann gehe ich erstmal ins Restaurant frühstücken. Heute sind die Crossiants ausverkauft.
Ich esse Omelette mit Buguette.
Das ist lecker. Aber deutlich teurer.
Als ich wieder beim Zelt bin, komme ich mit den Töchtern von Elisabeth ins Gespräch. Die beiden Mädchen lernen gerade deutsch. Aber ihr englisch ist besser.
Wir unterhalten uns auf englisch. Dann kommt Elisabeth mit ihrem kleinen Sohn dazu. Sie ist alleine mit den Kindern in Italien. Ihr Mann kommt später nach.
Aus einem netten Gespräch wird ein wunderbarer Tag.
Ich werde zum Mittagessen eingeladen.
Den Nachmittag verbringen wir im Pool.
Bei herrlichem Sonnenschein haben wir sehr viel Spaß!
Abends essen wir wieder zusammen.
Elisabeth macht Pasta.
Dann spielen Rochelle und ich Schach auf dem Tablet.
Etwa um 21:30 Uhr endet unsere Partie unentschieden. Wir wollen in Zukunft online miteinander spielen.
Ich lade mir noch schnell das online Spiel herunter. Und melde mich an.
Dann verabschieden wir uns für heute.
Ab etwa 22 Uhr bin ich in meinem Zelt.
Ich schreibe erstmal Tagebuch.
Um 22:30 Uhr werde ich müde.
Ich breche es ab und schlafe.
Morgen Abend beginnt mit dem Flug nach Kairo meine Reise nach Indien.
Last day in Italy
Friday, 07 June
I wake up around 8am today.
First I take a shower.
Then I go to my tent neighbours.
Magdalena and Felix are travelling on today.
They are already packing their things.
I talk to Magdalena about her Beetle.
The car was built in 1983 and is one of the last Beetles made in Mexico. This classic car is in top condition! A piece of jewellery.
Shortly after 10, we take photos with the car. Then we say goodbye.
I'm immediately sad. We had just got to know each other. And now it's time to say goodbye again...
Later, I'm sitting in front of my tent.
I actually want to write today and work on my blog.
But I don't get round to it.
A family arrived next to me yesterday.
I strike up a conversation with the young woman.
Elisabeth and her 3 children are from Holland.
We chat briefly.
Then I go to the restaurant for breakfast. The crossiants are sold out today.
I eat an omelette with buguette.
It's delicious. But much more expensive.
When I get back to the tent, I strike up a conversation with Elisabeth's daughters. The two girls are just learning German. But their English is better.
We chat in English. Then Elisabeth joins us with her young son. She is alone with the children in Italy. Her husband joins her later.
A nice chat turns into a wonderful day.
I am invited for lunch.
We spend the afternoon in the pool.
We have a lot of fun in the glorious sunshine!
We eat together again in the evening.
Elisabeth makes pasta.
Then Rochelle and I play chess on the tablet.
Our game ends in a draw at around 9.30 pm. We want to play together online in future.
I quickly download the online game. And log in.
Then we say goodbye for the day.
I'm in my tent from around 10 pm.
I start writing in my diary.
I get tired at 10.30 pm.
I break it off and go to sleep.
My journey to India begins tomorrow evening with the flight to Cairo
