Ich schlafe sehr gut in meinem neuen Zelt und dem neuen Schlafsack.
Besonders der Schlafsack ist richtig gut. Und komfortabel.
Ich bin Claas und dem CJD sehr dankbar dafür.
Es stört mich nicht, dass ich keine Isomatte habe. Bin es ja eh gewohnt, auf dem Boden zu schlafen.
Und ich bin überrascht, wie gut die Qualität von dem Zelt ist.
Das zeigt mir mal wieder, dass günstig nicht automatisch schlecht ist.
Es kommt halt drauf an, wo man kauft.
Nach meiner Erfahrung sind die Produkte von Decathlon durchaus zu empfehlen.
Besonders, wenn man aufs Geld achten muss.
Kurz nach 8 wache ich auf.
Es ist schön, mal wieder in der Natur aufzuwachen.
Erstmal aktualisiere ich mein Tagebuch mit dem Eintrag von heute.
Dann räume ich das Zelt auf und gehe duschen.
Später gehe ich im Restaurant frühstücken.
Ich setze mich nach draußen.
Mit Blick auf den Pool.
Heute ist ein sonniger Tag.
Hier gibt es leckere Schoko Crossiants.
Und das Frühstück ist viel günstiger als im Zentrum von Rom.
Ich trinke noch einen Kaffee und bleibe lange am Pool sitzen.
Es ist ein entspannter Start in den Tag.
Eigentlich wollte ich heute nach Rom fahren.
Aber mittlerweile ist ja schon Mittag.
Ich entscheide mich, einfach hier auf dem Campingplatz zu bleiben.
Erstmal wasche ich meine Wäsche.
Die Maschine kostet 4€.
Außerdem lade ich meine Powerbank im Waschraum.
Neben meinem Zeltplatz reisen neue Gäste an. Auf ihrem Auto haben sie ein Dachzelt auf dem Gepäckträger montiert.
Mir fällt sofort das deutsche Autokennzeichen auf. DH = Landkreis Diepholz (der Nachbarkreis von Nienburg)
Ich unterhalte mich eine Weile mit dem jungen Paar. Sie fahren dann nach Rom.
Während die Maschine wäscht beantworte ich Nachrichten.
Heute ist der Artikel über mich in der Nienburger Tageszeitung “Die Harke”
Ich bin sogar auf der Titelseite.
Der umfangreiche Artikel mit Fotos nimmt eine ganze Seite ein.
Das schafft nicht jeder.
Darauf kann ich durchaus stolz sein.
Als die Wäsche fertig ist, spanne ich aus Zeltschnüren eine Wäscheleine neben meinem Zelt. Und hänge sie auf.
Später esse ich im Restaurant eine Kleinigkeit.
Pasta. Es schmeckt gut. Ist aber nur eine kleine Portion und recht teuer.
Ansonsten ruhe ich mich aus. Chatten mit Freunden. Und rolle die trockene Wäsche zusammen.
Ab etwa 16:45 Uhr schreibe ich Tagebuch.
Erstmal aktualisiere ich den Eintrag von heute.
Dann ergänze ich den von gestern.
Zwischendurch chatte und telefoniere ich mit Freunden.
Abends hole ich mir beim Restaurant eine Pizza. Sie ist groß und lecker. Später telefoniere ich länger mit Tanja.
Ab 21 Uhr arbeite ich wieder an meinem Tagebuch.
Gegen 23 Uhr ist es wieder aktuell.
Ich gehe erstmal Zähne putzen.
Dann richte ich mich im Zelt für die Nacht ein.
Zuletzt lade ich noch den Bericht von gestern hoch.
Ab 0:30 Uhr schlafe ich.
Meine Zitrone fällt heute wieder aus.
Morgen werde ich den Flug nach Indien buchen.
At the campsite

I sleep very well in my new tent and the new sleeping bag.
The sleeping bag in particular is really good. And comfortable.
I am very grateful to Claas and the CJD for this.
It doesn't bother me that I don't have a sleeping mat. I'm used to sleeping on the floor anyway.
And I'm surprised at how good the quality of the tent is.
This shows me once again that cheap is not automatically bad.
It just depends on where you buy.
In my experience, Decathlon products can definitely be recommended.
Especially if you're on a budget.
I wake up shortly after 8am.
It's nice to wake up in nature again.
First I update my diary with today's entry.
Then I tidy up the tent and take a shower.
Later, I go to the restaurant for breakfast.
I sit down outside.
With a view of the pool.
Today is a sunny day.
There are delicious chocolate crossiants here.
And breakfast is much cheaper than in the centre of Rome.
I have another coffee and sit by the pool for a long time.
It's a relaxed start to the day.
I actually wanted to go to Rome today.
But it's already lunchtime.
I decide to just stay here at the campsite.
First I do my washing.
The machine costs €4.
I also charge my powerbank in the laundry room.
New guests arrive next to my campsite. They have a roof tent mounted on the luggage rack of their car.
I immediately notice the German licence plate. DH = Diepholz district (the neighbouring district of Nienburg)
I chat to the young couple for a while. They then drive to Rome.
While the machine washes, I answer messages.
Today there is an article about me in the Nienburg daily newspaper "Die Harke"
I'm even on the front page.
The extensive article with photos takes up a whole page.
Not everyone manages that.
I can certainly be proud of that.
When the washing is done, I make a washing line out of tent ropes next to my tent. And hang it up.
Later, I have a bite to eat in the restaurant.
Pasta. It tastes good. But it's only a small portion and quite expensive.
Otherwise I relax. Chat with friends. And roll up the dry washing.
I start writing in my diary at around 16:45.
First I update today's entry.
Then I add to yesterday's.
In between, I chat and phone friends.
In the evening, I go to the restaurant to get a pizza. It's big and delicious. Later I talk to Tanja on the phone for a while.
I start working on my diary again at 9 pm.
It's up to date again around 11 pm.
I brush my teeth first.
Then I settle into my tent for the night.
Finally, I upload yesterday's report.
I'm asleep by 0.30am.
My lemon is again cancelled today.
Tomorrow I'll book the flight to India.
