Montag, 05. Juli
Ich wache etwa um 6:45 Uhr auf, dusche, und frühstücke Müsli.
Gleich morgens verabschieden wir uns von allen Gästen.
Wie immer ist es ein schwerer Abschied von wunderbaren Menschen.
Dann kommen Ulla und Bashkim zum Raften. Für mich ist es ja bereits das 2. Mal auf der Vjosë. Um 10 geht es los. Außer uns kommt noch ein junges Paar aus England mit. So das wir zu 6. im Boot sind. Wir fahren mit dem Jeep von Beni etwa 10 km Flussaufwärts. (Ende Mai sind wir mit der Gruppe aus Tschechien weiter Flussabwärts gestartet) Dann lassen wir das Boot ins Wasser und paddeln los. Hier ist der Fluss ruhig. Es ist eine schöne Fahrt bei bestem Sommerwetter. Zwischendurch gehen wir baden. Bei einer Brücke erwartet uns eine Überraschung. Es wird ein Beutel mit Eis abgeworfen. Das ist bei der Hitze eine tolle Abkühlung. Die Fahrt dauert etwa 2 Stunden. Dann sind wird wieder beim Campingplatz. Ich verabschiede mich von Ulla und Bashkim.
Der Nachmittag ist ruhig. Ich nutze die Zeit um die vorhandenen Hinweisschilder auf die Bar besser zu platzieren. Außerdem befestige ich leere Getränkedosen daneben.
Später arbeite ich an meinem Blog.
Heute schlafe ich recht früh.

I wake up at about 6:45, take a shower, and have cereal for breakfast.
First thing in the morning we say goodbye to all the guests.
As always, it is a difficult farewell to wonderful people.
Then Ulla and Bashkim come to raft. For me it is already the second time on the Vjosë. We start at 10. Besides us, a young couple from England comes along. So there are 6 of us in the boat. We drive with the jeep from Beni about 10 km upstream. (At the end of May we started with the group from the Czech Republic further downstream) Then we put the boat in the water and start paddling. Here the river is calm. It's a beautiful trip in the best summer weather. In between we go swimming. A surprise awaits us at a bridge. A bag of ice is dropped. It's a great way to cool down in this heat. The ride takes about 2 hours. Then we are back at the campsite. I say goodbye to Ulla and Bashkim.
The afternoon is quiet. I use the time to better place the existing signs for the bar. I also fix empty drink cans next to them.
Later I work on my blog.
Today I sleep quite early.
