Montag, 21. Juni
Ich wache etwa um 7 auf. Erstmal dusche ich. Dann gehe ich nach vorne. Mein Zeltnachbar hat sich Frühstück bestellt. Davon gibt er mir was ab. Anschließend trinke ich meine Zitrone. Dann will ich an meinem Blog arbeiten. Mit den Tagebucheinträgen bin ich einige Tage im Rückstand.
Heute ist es sehr heiß. Dona bittet mich, die Bäume auf dem Platz zu gießen. Diese Aufgabe übernehme ich sehr gerne. Sie besteht darin, den Wasserschlauch immer wieder zum nächsten Baum umzulegen. Das ist einfach, aber sehr zeitaufwendig, weil der Wasserdruck sehr niedrig ist. Zwischendurch repariere ich einen der Schläuche mit Klebeband.
Und ich unterhalte mich mit Anna. Sie möchte heute zu den Thermalquellen fahren.
Spontan fahre ich mit. Zunächst gieße ich noch eine Weile weiter.
Etwa um 15 Uhr fahren Anna und ich los. Ich bin ja schon zum 3. Mal bei den Thermalquellen. Anna parkt in der Nähe der Café Bar. Bei dem schönen Wetter ist es sehr voll hier. Aber es ist trotzdem eine tolle Abkühlung. Dann gehen wir zum VW Bus von Anna. Daneben baue ich mein Zelt auf. Der Boden ist sehr hart. Ich habe Schwierigkeiten, die Heringe rein zu bekommen. Dann kochen wir auf dem Campingkocher von Anna Nudeln. Das geht sehr schnell. Dazu macht Anna eine Tomatensauce. Und ich schneide Gemüse für den Salat.
Wir sind gerade fertig mit essen, als ein Camper Van neben uns parkt. Anna kennt das junge Paar aus Deutschland bereits. Sie hatten sich vor ein paar Tagen am Strand getroffen. Es wird ein netter Abend.
Etwa ab 23 Uhr liege ich in meinem Zelt.
Thermal springs
Monday, 21 June
I wake up at about 7. First I take a shower. Then I go to the front. My tent neighbour has ordered breakfast. He gives me some of it. Then I drink my lemon. Then I want to work on my blog. I am a few days behind with the diary entries.
Today it is very hot. Dona asks me to water the trees in the square. I am very happy to take on this task. It consists of moving the water hose over and over again to the next tree. It's easy, but very time-consuming because the water pressure is very low. In between, I repair one of the hoses with tape.
And I talk to Anna. She wants to go to the thermal springs today.
On the spur of the moment I go with her. First I continue watering for a while.
Around 3 pm Anna and I leave. This is the third time I have been to the thermal springs. Anna parks near the café bar. With the nice weather, it's very crowded here. But it's still a great place to cool down. Then we walk to Anna's VW bus. Next to it I pitch my tent. The ground is very hard. I have trouble getting the pegs in. Then we cook noodles on Anna's camping cooker, which is very quick. Anna makes a tomato sauce to go with it. And I chop vegetables for the salad.
We have just finished eating when a camper van parks next to us. Anna already knows the young couple from Germany. They had met on the beach a few days ago. It turns out to be a nice evening.
Around 11 pm I lie down in my tent.
